Stephen
O' Sullivan is the other member of the management team of SME Business
Training. His significant sales & marketing expertise complements
our financial, managerial & operational background.
Stephen is Course Director of UCD's Campus Company Development Programme,
a joint initiative of the University Industry Programme and Enterprise
Ireland.
We have used our combined experiences from over 70 years in industry
to produce a comprehensive "Start Your Own Business" course which
we deliver to organisations such as RTE (Ireland's state owned TV
& Radio station) and University College Dublin.
The emphasis is on practical advice for people:
• leaving a larger organisation,
perhaps as a result of downsizing
• commercialising proprietary
intellectual property or
• who have already gone out
or are planning to go out on their own for the first time.
In addition to the core areas of finance and sales and marketing,
our comprehensive courses cover all aspects of launching and creating
sustainable businesses.
